- To provide accounting services and assistance to foreigners: First name, last name, contact details (phone, email), passport details, PESEL, financial information, and other documents necessary for accounting, settlements with ZUS and the Tax Office (Urząd Skarbowy), as well as for stay legalization processes. (Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations).
- To contact you: Data left in the contact forms on the website (name, email, phone number, Telegram). (Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller).
- Technical data and analytics (Cookies): IP address, browser type, website behavior data. This data is collected via cookies only with your explicit consent to improve the website's performance. (Legal basis: user consent).
4. Who do we share your data with?
Your data is strictly confidential. We may only share it with:
- State authorities in Poland (Tax Office, ZUS, Office for Foreigners) as part of fulfilling our legal obligations.
